SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”), and it should be read alongside our Terms.

Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when making a purchase from us. This policy is applicable to any order you place with xpoca.

How xpoca Prepare for Shipment?

1. Shipment notification and photos of products would be emailed to customer’s xpoca.com account email after dispatched. You may check the details in ‘Shipping Notification’ part

2. If any inquiry on order or assistance (address change / update, payment error, wrong information, etc.), you may reach help@xpoca.com within 24 hours after payment accepted.

3. We hope your order(s) will arrive safely, so all orders are packed securely with bubble wrap and a sturdy box!

4. Photo card orders are placed in a sleeve, then a hard case, and finally wrapped in bubble wrap before being packed in a sturdy box.

Shipping and Processing Period

Delivery time typically takes 3-5 days.

Delivery processing period varies based on the product type:
– Items in stock: We prepare your order within 1 day after you place the order.
– Pre-order items: We process orders sequentially upon receiving supply from the manufacturer, typically taking about 2-3 days.

Please note:
– Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day after Friday.
– If a specific product requires restocking, we set a standard 3-day preparation period based on the supply time from the manufacturer.

Shipping Method

Our traceable shipping methods include DHL, K-Packet and Korea Domestic Delivery.

Shipping fees vary based on factors such as product weight, destination, unfolded poster option, and chosen shipping method.

DHL
– An Express Courier Service with a 10-digit Tracking Number.

– Please provide delivery information (name, address) in English with full names instead of initials.

– Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, but it may take longer in some areas.

– xpoca is not responsible for damage or loss during delivery unless insurance is purchased.

K-PACKET
– A Traceable Small Packet Air Mail with a Tracking Number (LK*********KR, LP*********KR, LI*********KR, RK*********KR).

– Only one contact number will be included on the shipment, as per Korea Postal Service policy.

– Limited to products weighing a maximum of 2kg.

– Items at risk of damage (e.g. lightstick) are not availabe for K-packet.

– Delivery typically takes 15-40 business days to other regions, but may take longer due to local postal service conditions (sometimes exceeding 60 days).

– If there is no tracking update for 14 business days, you are encouraged to contact the relevant post office or submit a formal request for investigation. Please note that the investigation process typically spans 2 to 4 weeks, potentially resulting in a delay in parcel reception.

– xpoca is not responsible for damage or loss during delivery as it is not covered by insurance.

Domestic Delivery
– An Express Courier Service available in Korea only

– Please provide delivery address in Korean.

Shipping Notification

For your convenience and delight, xpoca will happily send you a shipping notification via email once shipping carrier initiates the delivery of your item.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Extra Taxes and Duties
For international deliveries, you may be subject to additional taxes and duties beyond our control. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country and covering any extra costs or taxes.

If you have tax-related requests, kindly email help@xpoca.com after placing your order, providing the order number and details. Failure to make separate requests may limit our ability to assist in case of issues.

VAT in EU countries
VAT obligations for sellers and marketplaces in EU countries are imposed since July 1st 2021. It is not included in order amount but the receiver should pay for it to receive the shipment at destination.

Issues with Order Confirmation Email

If your email was entered incorrectly during sign-up, it is difficult to send you the confirmation email. For assistance, you may reach help@xpoca.com with your order date, time, and number.
